Who we are

I Love Automation is a learning platform and community operated by andersjensenorg ApS, a Danish company. andersjensenorg ApS is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

What data we collect

Email signups. When you sign up for the free community or early access, we collect your email address through MailerLite. We use it to send you the access information you requested and related updates about I Love Automation. The legal basis is your consent, and every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Email contact. If you write to us, we keep your message and email address for as long as needed to handle your inquiry.

Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless service that collects aggregated, anonymized page statistics. It does not use cookies, does not identify you, and does not track you across other websites.

Server logs. Our hosting provider processes technical request data (such as IP addresses) to deliver the website securely. This is based on our legitimate interest in running a stable, secure site.

Cookies

This website does not set tracking cookies, which is why you do not see a cookie banner. The membership platform at community.iloveautomation.ai is a separate service with its own privacy and cookie policy, which applies when you sign up or log in there.

Who processes your data

We use these processors to run the website:

  • MailerLite (email signups and newsletters), based in the EU.
  • Vercel (hosting and cookieless analytics), based in the USA. Transfers are covered by safeguards such as EU standard contractual clauses.

We never sell your personal data.

How long we keep your data

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Aggregated analytics contain no personal data. Contact emails are deleted when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to hello@iloveautomation.ai and we will handle your request.

You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), www.datatilsynet.dk .

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we update this page and the date at the top.
